Challenge

Since RainVac sells its products on multiple sales channels while fulfilling orders via OpenCart system, orders placed across all the other sales channels needed to be replicated on OpenCart. Also, tracking information needed to be sent back to respective sales channels from OpenCart.

Solution

We automated the entire setup to enable order information import to OpenCart system in real-time and tracking information import back to the sales channels.

Outcome

RainVac could easily manage and fulfill orders and the automation saved a lot of time.

Order Fulfillment Automation

RainVac retails its products through multiple sales channels like Amazon, eBay, Overstock, etc. The fulfillment of the orders from all these channels is conducted via an OpenCart setup. Going back and forth between the sales channels and the order fulfillment setup was a cumbersome procedure and made the setup inefficient especially during surges. So they needed help with automating the process. Codaemon automated the information flow such that:

Order information from Amazon, eBay and Overstock were automatically imported into OpenCart in real time
Tracking information for individual orders was fed back to Amazon, eBay, and Overstock

This helped make the order fulfillment process more efficient.
