PHP Architect/Technical Lead Developer/PHP Tech Lead/Technical Lead/Team Leader

• Help BD with proposal creation
• Project and Team management with proper resource utilization
• Code review, deployment and assistance in trouble shooting
• Ensure repeat use of code and delivery templates to maximize profit.
• Team up with client managers for proper client communication
• Maintain a positive atmosphere within the team
• Define protocols for various production activities
• Leading the timely planning and implementation of projects
• Managing day to day project communication.
• Identification and delegation of project tasks.
• Able to develop project plans, timelines and project statuses.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the projects to top management
• Responsible for all aspects of the project from planning, monitoring and implementation.
• Run daily stand-up meetings
• Develop and maintain technical documentation

Skills Requirement:

• Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in PHP technologies with team leading
• Minimum 2 to 3 year experience in laravel + mysql
• Excellent knowledge of REST services and API’s
• Excellent knowledge of RDBMS concepts and database designing
• Knowledge of version control systems like GIT
• JavaScript Frameworks Node.js / Angular / React is a plus.
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Good Communication skills in English
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• Ready to adapt / learn a new programming language / tools / framework based on project requirements.
• Able to provide technical leadership to a team
